We are thankful to God for the times spent with Gretchen and the late "Doc" Jackson. I have fond memories of growing up with the pharmacy in Roxbury.

A week before Gretchen's passing I called her and told her Gretchen you have to get out of that Nursing Home there's too many old people there...
She replied "Yes! what's the plan?"

Dear Gretchen,
You were a great friend and above that a great person. I enjoyed our conversations over the years. It seems like yesterday when I first met you and Carl. I will cherish the times I had with you and Carl over the years. I will miss you dearly, and am grateful to have known both of you. The world has lost a great person and I will see you again someday on the other side...Love always your friend, Timothy Roche

"Mom" as I affectionately called her will be terribly missed but home at last with "Doc" and Carlton. I remember when I was first introduced to "Mom" and "Doc" from the Douglas pharmacy days, they were a wonderful couple. I will miss Mom's friendship, quick wit and loving personality when you walked thru her door. My deepest sympathies to Touie, Barbara, Tracy, Bryan, her great-grandchilren and extended family.
