Not sure what to say?

Gretchen will always hold a special place in my heart. I shared w/ her my first footsteps and lots of memories. Gretchen, you will be missed by so many as well as touched, by being such an inspiration to so many. You fought hard, and you played hard, and thats one of the many things I loved about you! From the kentucky coal mine, to the California sun ; ) Gretchen, you will never be forgotten..

I haven't known Gretchen as long as the rest of you probably have, but I just wanted everyone to know how many smiles and laughs she brought my way. She was very real, and I admired that in her. Two words that I will always think of when I think of Gretchen is TRUTH and LAUGHTER, and in my book those are two things that make life so great! I am honored to have met her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Mom,
Thank you for keeping me strong the past week and a half. You know I am a big baby and would not be able to hold myself together if it weren't for your help. I can't believe we are finally living together again. I will talk to you often and hope you answer me back in a variety of ways. My heart will continue to ache, but I know each day should be a bit easier. I love you very much and am thankful for the time we spent together. I can't wait for you to show me how "you roll" in...

Gretchen the family will not be the same without you. Your laugh and smile and quick combacks are missed terribly. You are home now and at peace - I will always miss and love you!

Mary, Ink and family: Words can't express the sympathy I feel for you in this loss. May the Lord comfort you in this time of sorrow.

To Mary and all the Grafflins: My heart goes out to you. I know the pain of losing a precious sister. She is now in the palm of His hand. Peace be with you. (Bridget's Aunt)

My heart goes out to Gretchen's family. She was too young and I know she is well-loved by a large and wonderful family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May the comfort of God's love help you during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy to the Morgan family, may the God that give comfort help your family to endure. Psalm 57:1.

To Gretchen's Family
