One of Grethe's and Chase's many projects and memberships was a fairly lengthy time as Charter Participants in Dinner Set. This social and service organization met monthly for nearly 65 years in the Lion House. And, were dedicated to learning of--and giving support--to persons, groups, and ideas that promoted high impact for ideas from folks living in the Utah Community and the World. Grethe and I were second cousins. We discovered many years ago that her grandmother was my grandfather´s sister. Their last name is Nielsen, my maiden name. I knew her well, however, her beautiful obituary revealed many details of her fabulous life I did not know. Grethe truly was a pioneer for truth, justice, and women´s issues for Utah her church, for family love, a strong marriage, and many other important details of life. I truly miss her influence on us all!
