Chris and I were saddened to hear of Gretta's passing. While we were on opposite sides of the political aisle, my days on the DeKalb BOC were some of the most enjoyable in my life and working with Gretta was a big part of that enjoyment. On many occasions she was like my body armor when Manuel and I tangled.

We always appreciated having her and you all with us through Manuel's campaigns, at the Tavern and at the various get togethers through these long years.
