Not sure what to say?

Elizabeth, Wende & family,
I just learned of Gene's death. I'm so sorry. I know how much he was loved by his family and how much he loved his family. May God give you the strength you need in the coming days. My thoughts and prayers are with you all!
Love,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I know you have many fond memories of such a fine man who loved his family.

It is regets that I will not be able to attend services today. I will always treasue the memories of the times Gene, Bobby Blair and I spent together in FFA together at BHS. Getting calves ready to show at Fair, working on Judging teams, and other acitives. Please accept my deepest sympathies . You will be in our prayers. Eugene Taylor

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

A great gentleman and great role model to everyone(young and old).We should try to emulate his kind and sincere nature, and his encouraging remarks truly meant alot to me. From our conversations I know that he really loved his family, his church, and cared deeply for the young people entrusted in his care.My prayers are with you during your time of grief. HATTIE j. HAIRSTON (FORMER Principal THS)

Colonel Scearce was a great teacher who obviously loved what he did. He helped me to see potential in myself that I didn't realize I had, and for that, I cannot thank him enough. I'm very sorry to hear of this loss and my heart goes out to the family.

Just as the sun will set then rise with each new day...the souls of those who lived life well...eternally live on..such is the case with Gene..a true patriot, family man, and Christian...we were blessed to have known him.
With heartfelt Sympathy

What a great man and teacher! My prayers are with the family.
