My prayers are with Lupe'family. May our Lord give you comfort and peace.
My beloved friend Lupe. I know you're at peace with our Lord but I wish you were still here so we could talk on the phone one more time. I have such wonderful memories of our lives back in the fifties - going to the movies at the Guadalupe Theatre three times a week during the Summer months, going shopping "downtown", attending the Lanier dances and football games, spending hours visiting with you and your...

Your mom/ grandma would speak so highly of everyone and was so proud. My favorite part of her was her inspiration, determination and most of all her strength. She could literally out do us all at...

You were my second mother for a vey long time. You ensured I knew the importance of practicing my faith. Through you I felt the Holy Spirit for the first time. You showed me how to maintain the cleanest home and be a better cook. You set an example of what a mother and woman of the house should be. I have no doubt I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without out time together. You were though! But so loving as well! Your beauty was breath taking and your prayers were the most heart felt. Your...
