We are so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. He was such a good friend and neighbor. It seems like only yesterday when we would greet each other at St. Theresa's Church after mass. He will be missed but our comfort comes in knowing that he is most certainly in the arms of God. Sending you our love and strength during this difficult time. The Rangel Family
