Being a member of the Carlino "extended" family, I always considered Joe & Rosa to be my God Parents. So many weekends Alex & I would go to Lewes and enjoy Rosa's cooking while Joe was on the back porch listening to his favorite Italian Grand Opera. We loved them very much, and I would never have heard of Escarole if it was not for Rosa and Joe's wonderful Sunday dinners. I remember Fr.
