GUNTHER L. LAUS

I worked with Gunther for five years at Restaurant Linderhof, which was my first job. He always treated all of his employees like family, whether or not they deserved it. I spent many an hour after work having conversations with Gunther about everything from food, to politics, to sports. He shaped my life and made me into the man I am today, and am forever grateful for knowing Gunther. I am a better man for having him in my life.

Dear Anita and famiily: We are very sorry to hear about Gunther. He was always a very pleasant person to be around even when we knew he didn't feel well. We will be thinking about you and say a prayer for you that this time will go well for you.

He will truly be missed. I remember good food, good times, and songs at Linderhof. He made dining there feel like an evening among family.
