Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Sister Haugen. It was such a joy working with the Haugens in Norway. They were so warm and supportive in every way. I was sorry to hear that Sister Haugen was having so many health problems and hope she is at peace at last. Best wishes to her family at this time of sorrow. Sister Haugen's kindness and humor will always remain as a fond memory.

Early in my mission I was extremely homesick. Sister Haugen made me feel welcomed and loved.

I have such wonderful memories of the Haugen family while they lived in the 6th ward. Gunvar was and is such a special lady. Bless you all at this time of grieving. My prayers are with you. Craig Mortensen

President Haugen and family,
I still look back with fondness to the time we served together in Norway. You and Søster Haugen were shining examples of love and missionary work that we will never forget. Thank you for your wisdom and example.

Dear Pres Haugen
May the Lord bless you during this time of deep sorrow.
I will never forget the kindness and love Str. Haugen showed me when as a new convert in Norway I came to visit her as her visiting teacher, my very first visit. :) I feel very blessed to have felt of her spirit, and yours as well.
My prayers are with you and your family!

President Haugen and family,
Please accept my most sincere condolences on the passing of sister Haugen. President and sister Haugen have been, and always will be great examples and some of the most beloved people in my life. I cherish the time that I was blessed to serve with the Haugens and I still look to them as great mentors and dear friends. Sister Haugen was always the perfect, loving "mission mom", and as such could love you and correct you at the same time, but all you felt...

Dear President Haugen and Family,
I have a clear memory of a zone conference in which Sister Haugen taught us about living joyfully. I think the reason that talk has stayed with me is because Sister Haugen was the embodiment of what she taught. As I reflect on your service in the Norway Mission, I believe there were missionaries who completed their service honorably and went on to live happy, faithful lives, largely because of the love they felt from you and Sister Haugen. I will ever...
