Gus taught me a lot about the simple things in life, perch, walleye, Black and Blue homemade wine, dandelion wine, ice fishing, hunting, and what it means to really love your wife!!!! Did share the Buick Militia, Bean Bust, and Crystal Lake with the best bunch of guys and girls I have ever known!! I think of him often and I always have a little smile... He was always a leader.... I still see him sitting on the couch with a beer while our ice fishing experience... He WILL Be MISSED.

One of the best people I know. Lost a good friend. We had good times ice fishing a Crystal lake with the Buick Militia . Great bunch of guys and Gus was the Leader. We all valued his leadership.

Working with him and spending time with him at the WE and Bean Bust, he will be surely missed! My condolences to his family.
