I'll always remember the day my brother and I met Gus and Harry in 4/1968. We were the new kids in the neighborhood and knew no one since we were still in school in Lansing. Gus and Harry were playing basketball one Saturday and invited us over. Gus was not only inviting, but we soon discovered his sense of humor which continuously kept us laughing. Gus was a special cousin and a friend. We will miss his sense of humor. I have many good memories from Lincoln, Spohn, and Clark schools with Gus. He married my friend and had two wonderful children. I didn't have an identity--I was Gus' cousin.
