Not sure what to say?

Uncle Gus was so good to us. We will always remember and love him. He had the best personality, laugh and smile. He was always there for us when we needed him most. We will never forget him.
Gale,Sandy,Phyllis,Marc and Denise (Mabel Kalish's children).

Gus Kalish was my 5th-6th grade basketball coach back in 1970-71. He was very patient and kind with us (we weren't very good), and always had a positive message in each practice and game, even when we lost or made mistakes (of which there were plenty). I will always remember him shouting out an encouraging "very excellent!" whenever we did something right. Gerry, I am sorry for your loss.

I very sorry to learn of your loss. May you find comfort in the many happy memories you made with Gus.
Debbie Taylor (daughter of Alice Kalish Taylor)

My condolences to the family. I met Gus, in recent months, at Wingate at East Longmeadow. It was a pleasure knowing him - even for such a short time. He impressed many of us by his lovely singing and delightful smile. Sincerely, Sandy - Activities Director
