Not sure what to say?

I did not know Skip had died until today when I tried to see if I could find him. I w ent to college with Skip in the early 60s at the University of Texas in Austin when he was in graduate school preparing for the field he would become successful in later. We shared an apartment for a while and once we, along with another friend, FL Harris, took off for San Francisco and each of us stayed there for a few months. He was a lot of fun and a good friend, a man with serious thoughts about life...

Bill,

I'm so sorry for your loss - though Skip is fine now, I know you're hurting so much. Please know you're in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Jo Felts

Bill: The Bridges Family joins the long list of families who were touched by Gus'life when he worked with deaf children. He made a difference in the life of Suzy and a difference in the life of her siblings, Patrick and Kelli, and most definitely in mine and Jerry's lives. His optimism guided us through tough times and his sharing of his experience over the past year have new perspective of how to look at life. Our prayers and thoughts and with you and Gus's family.

Dear Bill,

My thoughts and prayers go out to you. May his memories live on within you.

Love, Connie

Dear Bill,
I am so sorry to hear about Skip. Although it must make the grief right now almost unbearable, to have known someone that long is a gift to you and a true blessing. It must be wonderful to have years and years of memories. If I can help in any way, please let me know. I will pray for you and Skip.
Love, Janel M. Yarberry
