Not sure what to say?

I miss you Dad. Things are ok.

I enjoyed meeting Mr Norstedt when he visited Mt Carmel, Pa a few years ago. My sincere sympathy to all of the Norstedt family. Sincerely, Hugh A Jones

I had the great fortune of speaking with David on his last birthday after having lost touch for many years. I was visiting his son (my cousin), David, David's family and "little" Eric on the occasion of Tiffany Norstedt's graduation from Art School.

After fondly recounting stories of their parents, my cousins gamely picked up the phone to wish their dad a happy birthday. To my great pleasure, I found my uncle full of humor, wit and kind memories. The years melted away. It was...

To Dave's family: Dave was part of our Hazel Dell Washington neighborhood group. Dave was an active garage sale visitor and had a regular schedule for visiting garage sales. Dave participated in many community events. We worked with the Chinook Trail Association in trail construction in the Cold Creek drainage of Larch Mountain, Tarbell tail, and Larch Mountain, Silver Star trail construction. I know that Dave would rather have been reading the Wall Street journal than building trails...

I've enjoyed having David and Helen as friends and neighbors. That smile is what I'm missing. Virginia Scott (across the street)

I am too overwhelmed to say goodbye to such a wonderful person and Father-in-law. So instead, it seems fitting to say something he always enjoyed saying to us "See you in the wash" Lovingly, Laurel Norstedt

I'm so sorry to hear of Uncle David's passing. He was a loving and caring man who loved family above all else. I will remember him fondly. My cousins are all very lucky to have had such great parents as David and Helen. Your loving neice, Karen.

As we have enjoyed the recordings of you& Mommom, you will forever be remembered in our thoughts Yer Nephew Keith

A few years ago I visited David and Helen in Vancouver. The afternoon drive that we took along the coast is a memory I will always cherish. I know how special David was to his children and grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew him.
