Gustave C. "Gus" Fralick

I just found out that Gus had passed away recently and was very saddened to hear the news. He will be greatly missed. I am a Professor of Engineering at the University of Rhode Island and started working with Gus almost 35 years ago on a NASA sponsored project. What a pleasure it was to work with and get to know Gus over the years. A truly insightful Physicist, and one of the greatest, kindest, and supportive humans to walk the face of the blue orb. You will be greatly missed Gus, but the memories of you will walk with us forever!

I am so graetful I got to know Gus! He was a smart guy, but more importantly he was such a wonderful person to know because he maintained a humility that made him special!
