I still think about Guy every day. If you had a mountain of problems he´d be there. To me, he was class and grace. I know he will come to my mind every day forward and I welcome nothing more.

Can you please let me know where the celebration of life will be held if in Chicago.

I remember going to the Saint Benedict High School games to watch Guy, Leroy Holmes, Bob Burke, Greg Kessler etc. as a young boy. Guy made such an impression upon me not only as a basketball player but as a person, that I chose "Guy" as my confirmation name. I remember Father Ackermann telling me that there wasn't a Saint Guy, but he said "because it was after Guy Ackermann he would allow it". I've never had a chance to tell that story before, but as a kid at St. Ben's Grammar School he was...

Nice tribute. I started my career at KL in Chicago working with Guy and Dale. I enjoyed working with Guy and he generously introduced me to finer champagne. My prayers are with you.
