Not sure what to say?

RIP I started my Law Enforcement career in Harlingen many years ago. Chief Anderson was my first Chief and also the best Chief I ever had. I´ll always remember his words after being called into his office after I had done something dumb, " Antor you have to start being more discreet " I learned a lot from him and after 33 years in L. E. I owe a lot of my success to him. Greg Antor

Chief Anderson was my first boss in law enforcement and the years under him taught me how the rest of my years in law enforcement would be he was always a former marine and someone I could look up to semper fi

I was in high school with Guy and Marilyn. Guy went to the Marines and I went into the Army. I joined the police force in July 1956 and left in Sept, '59 to UT in Austin. We had a great bunch. John L. Guzman was chief, followed by Marshall Rousseau. Billy Magee was captain, detectives were Carlos Esparza and (?) Whitley. Lts. were Charlie Escobedo, Abe Lozano and Ray Shannon. Others were Skip Haislip, John Myers, my brother Manuel, Carlos Gracia, Crespin Trevino, Guy, Glen Eastin, Hector...

My deepest condolences to Mr. Anderson family I enjoyed our times together you will be missed

My deepest condolences to Mr. Anderson´s family. I was one of his caregivers for almost 3 years he was like a grandfather to me. I never called him Mr. Anderson. I always called him. Grandpa working with him was a great pleasure. I´ll miss him. We had good times and we had bad, but the good times were the best. He always made me laugh. I enjoyed sitting with him and keeping him company.

Chief Anderson, you were my first Chief. I had so much respect for u because I saw how my fellow officer spoke of u. You were a great Chief, and a better friend. R.I.P my frie d.

My condolences to the Anderson family. I was a member of the Harlingen Police Department when Chief Anderson retired. We were all saddened to see him leave as we are now. He was a true leader and a friend. He was always "Chief".

I have great memories of chief Anderson and my dad who they love to hunt together. I served in the Kiwanis club with him for many years. Such a wonderful guy, RIP Guy.

I was a Harlingen police officer for 8 years beginning in 1978, a deputy sheriff for Burnet County for 4 years and finally a Houston police officer for 25 years. In all those years I can honestly say that Chief Anderson was certainly one of the very best superior officers I ever served under. Honest, firm, fair and reasonable. My sympathies to the family
