Guy T. Barone

I just came across this and I'm so sorry to see it. I worked with Gut many years ago at Cubbon - Guy was one of my favorite people there. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Guy was truly a gentleman. I knew him and Mary Sue from working in the law school alumni office. All my best to you Mary Sue and to your family. Lou Gehrigs is an awful disease. May you rest in the Lords heavenly arms.

I worked with Mary Sue and am sending thoughts and prayers to her and Guy´s family. I recall good things about Guy and know he woo me missed.

I went to law school with Guy and have a distinct recollection of him. He cared about the law and he cared about his friends in law school. I hadn´t followed his career but he had an outstanding career .My sincere sympathies to his family.

Guy was one of my closest friends. We shared stories and memories about Yankee Baseball, attended the World Series together, and the opening of the remodeled Yankee Stadium in 2009. We often discussed our legal cases. Always managed to have a few drinks and many dinners with Mary Sue and Jane. Guy epitomized what a lawyer should be. He was honest, candid, fair, and a tremendous advocate for his clients and the myriad of issues which he believed steadfast believed in. He loved his family...

Guy was among the most authentic people I´ve known, and I feel privileged to have called him my friend over the past 10-some years. He´s got his clubs and is undoubtedly playing some amazing tracks on the other side out of the trunk of his car; certainly playing with Judge McDonald and others, providing the spirited commentary along the way. My thoughts with his family and friends. Know that he touched many lives like my own in ways that transcend the written word.

Guy was my godfather and I have always appreciated his kindness. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Just read in The Toledo Blade Guy's death. I am sure Guy has a high place in Heaven going thru the disease he had. The angels I am sure selected him for a 4th for golf. May he rest in peace. Blessings, MarySue to you and family Nan McCartney Reno Sebring, Florida May he rest in peace.
