Guy was a high school friend of mine. We played many wonderful hours of chess, and were in many of the same classes. He was very opinionated politically and stood firmly behind his beliefs. He was a voracious reader and I remember many discussions he had with his mother about his reading. I lost touch with Guy after high school and I was trying to reconnect with him over the internet when I found his obituary.
