Not sure what to say?

To the Edson Family, We were so sorry to hear this news. Guy was a loyal customer and friend of the Store. He always had a smile and a story. Just this past Summer we brought him a new freezer for his Berries. We all send our condolences and are thinking of you all during this difficult time. Tom, Robin and Staff, Sears Hometown Store, Barre, VT

As a teacher of Sarah and Chris, I got to know Guy a tiny bit. But it was in recent years, while I volunteered for the Greater Barre Justice Center, that I learned of Guy's generosity in hiring furloughed prisoners at his shed. He was a good and compassionate man. Sarah, I am still using the granite bookends you presented me upon my retirement, which I believe your father made.
Thinking of you all.

Guy you will be missed. Thanks for honesty and good humor.

Patty, Eleanor and all our Edson Cousins,
It is with heavy heart to hear of Guy's passing. He was so full of life and energy! His electric smile and clever wit will always be remembered by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him. He was such a good father and loved his children unconditionally. I always looked forward to out conversations and will miss miss him, a lot. Peace my friend!

I am so sorry to hear of Guy's passing, really enjoyed meeting him and your family when we were selling gravestones. I know he was so proud of all of you and of Northeast Granite.

We were so sad to hear this news. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Patty and the family. He was such a special man and always had a laugh or smile he was so willing to share with you. He will be greatly missed. We have so many fond memories of our 2 cruises with Guy, especially the one with all the Edsons.
