I had moved to FWB from St Louis back in '95.
On the second day in my new residence area, I happened to visit Guy's watch shop that he operated on Perry Avenue. He was such a pleasant and interesting man.
In talking with him, I found out that it was his birthday. After I left his shop, I also happened upon the floral shop at the cross streets of Perry & Ferry. Guy had impressed me so much that I returned to the shop with a single rose and wished him a happy birthday.

Phyllis, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this very sad time. Tic-Toc was a wonderful man and I will remember him always...his smile, his humor and the ragging I gave him about Alabama when he would come in the jewelry store with that Alabama shirt on since I am an Auburn fan.
