Not sure what to say?

Mr Weikert was one of my favorite teachers. SO sorry to learn that he has passed away. Peggy Ellis CD class of 1970

Guy was an inspiring and enjoyable teacher. I regret not reconnecting with him after high school. I is a profound regret for me.

I loved and greatly respected this wonderful man. Mr. Weikert was probably my favorite teacher. He made advanced mathematics easy.

To the Weikert family:

Today I was setting up an account in the payroll system of my new job, and chose the question "Who was your favorite high school teacher?" as a security question. I have made the same choice for system set-ups in the past, and the answer today was the same as it has been on earlier occasions: your dad/grandfather.

Today, however, I decided to look him up to be sure the "e" really does precede the "i" in his name. As a result, I just learned that he passed...

With deepest sympathy to Mr. Weikert's family from the Central Dauphin High School Alumni Association.

I will always have such fond memories of Guy from my teaching days at CDHS. He was a great colleague and an excellent teacher who influenced many young people during his career. He was my partner in crime in Damn Yankees, and I could always count on him for a ride to school when it snowed. And who could ever forget his musical talent and his wonderful sense of humor? May he rest in peace.

Mr. Weikert gently but firmly facilitated my math achievement. Definitely one of the 'good guys'. Sending love and support to you all. Paula Richley Geigle

Mr. Weikert was one of the most influential teachers I ever had. He seamlessly blended wit and humor with calculus into what I believe was, for many, an unexpectedly memorable part of senior year.

Guy was a old fashioned gentleman who was always gracious to his stutents and other faculty. Never had to chase him down for his morning attendance. Enjoyed working with him at CD. Alice Hihn
