Gwen Wells Bush

I was a neighbor on Tech Dr and worked with her at Highland park school in 1970s.

I have known Gwen for several years. Me and my wife, Marge met her and her sister at Karaoke and were adopted by them both. Me and my wife will miss her very much. We used to call her the true "Wild Thing" of Karaoke. She knew how to get the crowd involved and she loved every bit of it, too. I will never for get the one night at Karaoke, when she was singing Satin Sheets and the sheet came out, what a blast. We Love and miss you, forever.

I worked with Gwen at the District Media Center for several years before she retired, and enjoyed going to karaoke with she and Mildred for several years also. She was full of life, and could really sing a mean version of "Harper Valley PTA" and "These Boots are Made for Walking." I am saddened to hear of her passing. She will be missed.

I have known Gwen for several years. I first met her approximately 10 years ago while I was the sound man at the Panama City Jr. Womens Club Spring Arts Festival. She was in charge of seeing that several ladies on the Silver Liners Dance Group entertained the public. She made sure every step was right.
