Not sure what to say?

There is rarely a day that goes by that I dont need you grandma. Your spiritual strength is needed now more than ever. I love you and miss your caring, tender love. Until we meet again soon♥

Dear Dear Grandma...Thank-You :) I am so glad we are not saying good bye to eachother! Life may look different now but I know you are near by, I feel you, I know you, I love you, and I have been loved by you. 50years of being with you will have forever shaped me! You have taught by your example how to streatch a little farther..."inch by inch..." I will walk with you through the eternities:) YeY!!! xxxoooooxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

I am one of the blessed few to have been sent to this earth to be one of grandmas family members and NO words on earth can describe enough the love, respect and compassion she had for each persons life she touched on a personal and spiritual level. A deep void on earth is here til we meet again. Love eternally grandma :)

We loved Gwen Roper so much. She was such a wonderful example of service and kindness. I will never forget the wonderful meals she brought to our young family many years ago after my husband had a severe seizure. She went above a meal it was more like a feast for several days and little extras she brought for my young girls. She also would bare her testimony and give loving encouragement. She was an amazing lady and she will be missed by all. She always had a smile on her face never once did...

Sister Treadwell was my piano teacher from 1971-1975. I remember walking with my brother through the west seattle junction up that big hill to her home. She was always kind and welcoming to us in her home. I am sure she will be missed by the many who loved her!

We loved Gwen Roper so much. She was such an Inspiration to myself and my Husband O'Dell. We were new in the Gospel and she shared her Testimony with us so may times. Because of her we have grown to love the Gospel and Jesus Christ so much. She was a wonderful Example for us, and for that we are better people. An Eternal Friend Forever and can't wait to meet again.
Love ,Brother O'Dell & Sister Susan Richmond ( Orting Ward )

Gwen was a dear friend and a great teacher. My son was in her Sunday School class in the Orting Ward. She gave each of her students a leaf clock when she gave them a lesson about using their time wisely. The clock still sits on his shelf. She was one of the truly most wonderful LADIES in this world and will be missed sorely. Love you Gwen and miss you.

I know of no other person who could deal with curve balls like Gwen could. With all that life threw at her, she never groused or grumbled though she had every right to. She showed true compassion and was never judgmental. I'm really at a loss of words to describe what a lady she was! I was telling a friend of mine the other day about her and I said that I wished I had her outlook on life. All of a sudden it hit me that the only thing stopping me is me. From that moment on, Gwen's...

To my loving grandmother, a favorite quote i recently recited, and she loved it due to her soul deep love for music....you"ll always be in my heart and i will forever cherish the memories you gave me and the life lessons you taught me! "FOR HEIGHTHS AND DEPTS NO WORDS CAN REACH, MUSIC IS THE SOUL'S OWN SPEECH"! (author unknown). You planted in my heart forever the love for music. Thank you grams! i love you, Lauri
