Not sure what to say?

Dear Coach Burguieres,

I am so, so sorry for your loss. I remember fondly when Ms. Lancon arrived at LaGrange. She was youthful, indeed, but she commanded a class as though she was born to do so. I think we were just so eager to please her because she was such a delight, a wonderful teacher and a beautiful person. God bless her soul.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. May your sweet memories provide some consolation.

I'm so, so sorry to hear of your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. She was a beautiful woman with a fabulous personality and love of life. Lynda Lake Zelenka

Coach, please know that you and your family are in my prayers. Ms. Lancon was one of my favorites and while it has been almost 35 years since high school, I still think of her and tell stories of her often.

My sorrow is felt with you. Ms. Lancon was a gift sent from Heaven and has been sent home to watch over us. My most favorite teacher, I will always remember her laughter and that oh so awesome smile! She was loved by so many and will be missed by all. May you find comfort and peace in this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family...

My deepest sympathy to family and friends. May Jhon 11:25 offer you all some messure of comfort during this time of sorrow.

DEAR COACH,
My deepest sympathy and prayers go to you and your family. Ms Lancon was one of a kind, we went to several French Festivals where we completed against others schools. She was an amazing teacher that took such pride in everything she did, she loved her students and it showed!!! God Bless you and give you peace.. Grenetta Dawn Glenn DuBrock

I had Ms. Lancon for French for 3 years at LaGrange. She not only instilled a love for the French language in me,but instilled a desire to become a teacher myself. She helped me to believe in myself and for that I shall be forever grateful. May the Lord grant you all peace and be with you at this time of your loss.

Dear Coach, Please accept my sympathy and prayers for your lovely loss. Gwen taught me 3 years of French at LaGrange. We even made a trip to New Orleans with the French Club and roomed together. I have only the fondest memories of those times. I will always remember her laugh and the life in her eyes. JoAnn McDaniel Niles (Lake Charles, LA)

A student of Mme. Lancon's at FK White, I am forever touched by her ability to teach with excitement. She passed along so many gifts that helped shaped my adult life. I know she not only inspired me, but thousands of children. I am thankful she was in my life.
