Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Gwen. Especially her smile. And I will never forget taking her out on Halloween. May God bless you Gwen and I will see you again. Kathy Stott (DeFonde)

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I went to Corcoran High School with Gwen she was a beautiful soul.

You're with my Dad Ernest,GrandMom,and my mom Rosie Huffman

When Gwendolyn was a little girl I was a student volunteer at the CP Center behind Elmcrest. I was assigned to help her by taking off her leg braces and replacing them after physical therapy. She was and remained a happy light in my life... May you now enjoy the warm of His hands... with love and thankfulness

I´m so sorry to hear about Gwen´s passing. If I remember correctly, she went to Camp Goodwill in Chittenango , back in the 70´s. That´s probably where I knew her from. What I do remember is her positive attitude towards life and not letting things stand in her way. Frequently over the years she´s come into my mind and I wondered what she was doing with her life. Even though I knew Gwen as a teen, she impressed me as someone who would go places and do well in life. Obviously she did!

My condolences to the family. Gwen you were a remarkable women and will be missed by many. I shall always remember your courage to fight for justice for people with disabilities. I will miss you your laughter and incredible smile. Till we meet again my friend. Love you as always Rocky

Such a sweet woman. In spite of all the trials and tribulations in her life she was always smiling. RIP.

I am sending my condolence to the Hubbard family. I used to live next store to Gwendolyn's family. On Halloween Gwen was passing out candy to the children at the door. I ask her mother If I can take Gwen Trick or Treat. She was so excited that her mother let her go with me. I can't remember if I took her in a wheelchair or Gwen used her cane. But she sure enjoy it. Now I am 74 and I remember like it was yesterday. Gwen's brother Hezekiah use to hang out with my brother and me and my sisters....

I will miss you my beautiful friend . So glad for our memories.. Fly free Gwen
