Not sure what to say?

Such a wonderful lady and teacher! We taught together at Oak View ES in Silver Spring, MD for a couple of years. Always smiling and so friendly to all. Her students loved her so much. Prayers to her family. She was blessed to live such a long life. I saw her passing in the MCPS Retiring Times and it triggered happy memories thinking of this fine lady and great teacher!!

My sincere condolences to the Stringer family. My God bless you with the strength and comfort to endure this time of a GREAT LOSS. Keep your memories close to your heart...for they are your inheritance. May she rest in Heavenly Peace. Be always blessed.

I´m heartbroken to learn that you are gone Mrs. Stringer. I have been looking for you for years to thank you for laying the path for my love for writing way back in the 2nd grade with Mrs. Moore. I write bestselling novels now and I credit you for much of this. God bless you, may you rest in Paradise.

When I lived in Washington DC I work for Mr. Stringer in Her home. We would often plan parties for her bread club and moved to Kansas City in 2015. But we stayed in touch. We will send letters and cars to each other and call on the phone as often as we could she can say things that I was made me feel important and that I will miss her rest beyond the river, Gwen Stringer/Charles Carter

Deepest Sympathy and Love to the family of our Beloved Aunt Gwen . I will forever cherish the many fond memories that we shared. May her soul rest peacefully in the Almighty Arms of our Lord & Savior.

Casey and Vinson , Sending love and prayers to you during this diffcult time .

May wonderful memories of Gwen bring you comfort in the days ahead.

First time meeting Gwendolyn was such a pleasure always had a smile and a pleasant conversation. The most loving thing that I remembered was the day I saw her at my mother's funeral that was a drive 250 miles to Bedford Virginia the thought of kindness she gave will always be remembered and cherished. Gwen may you rest in peace in the hands of God. Casey and Vincent may God continue to bless you and your family.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
