GWENDOLYN TORSKY

Gwen was such a bright light and her kindness lives on in the hearts of those like me who loved her.

It is somehow fitting that the world has been on pause for the last year when Gwen was not here to share it with us. But now that things are opening up gradually with the hope of a more fulfilling future, it is important for us all to go forward and live life , taking her with us and making sure that the things that mattered so much to her continue. Her legacy is the memories and experiences we had with her and that cannot ever be erased.

Gwen was a shining light filled with positive energy, an energetic presence and a woman with a heart of gold. Knowing her was a privilege and I have missed her ever since she left the ABT.

So sorry to hear of Gwens passing. I remember her as such a lovely little girl in Califon when we lived in Lebanon Twp. May you find peace in a future where she lives in your hearts.

Gwendle. Cousin. You were always lovely as an adult, effortless beauty. Ive been remembering you as a child, perhaps because as cousins thats when we saw each other most frequently. As time moved on less so, skipping holidays but always such a comfort enjoying the ones together. Maybe because there was always just a wonderful youth about you. But its reminding me of childhood. Of growing up together and how much of my life you were a part of. Its reminding me of how its too soon for you...

The type of person I noticed because she seemed to understand something the rest of us didn't. Someone I respected, and looked up to. Rest easy Gwen, may the rain fall lightly on your fields.

Gwen was truly one of a kind. Few people have touched my life in such a profound and lasting way. Her sharp wit, joyful attitude, and deeply held convictions inspired me to be a better and more thoughtful person. Her smile could part the clouds on a particularly bad day. And her passion for art, culture and dance inspired everyone around her. Like so many others, I will never forget the few years I was lucky enough to be a part of her life.
