Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Gwyneth´s passing a few days ago. I was out of the country at the time of her passing. This sad news makes relive so many good memories and encounters my husband and I had with her during her involvement with the Oregon Symphony and beyond. The role she played in all the community organizations she embarked on were all richer because of her. She quickly became a good friend. I will miss her terribly.

I was introduced to Gwyneth as a new transplant to Portland by Carole Morse (PGE Foundation). As luck would have it, that introduction led me to become a regular house and dog sitter for Gwyneth and Brian. I have the fondest of memories caring for Haley Brae and being awestruck by their beautiful grounds and home. While they often told me I was doing a great service for them, it felt to me like I was the lucky one. My time on Laurel street in my 20's caring for the pups are some of my fondest...

I met Gwyneth while working @ Packouz Jewelers and later MBI Motors. Gwyneth was a warm and gracious and giving person. Elizabeth and Family you are in my prayers

For the Family of Gwyneth Gamble Booth Please accept our sincere condolences on behalf of Mortar Board. Gwyneth was a loyal life member and supporter. We were proud of her accomplishments as was her chapter at The University of Washington. She brought honor to us all, and she will be missed. With sincere sympathy, Kristen Freeman Fox, PhD Executive Director Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society

I had the honor and privilege to facilitate groups alongside Gwyneth as an MSW intern at the Dougy Center. I learned so much from her during the 3+ hours of group time every other week x's my nine months of internship. I remember finding myself in situations where I would ask "what would Gwyneth do or say"! "A great soul serves everyone all the time. A great soul never dies. It brings us together again and again." - Maya Angelou My sincere condolences to the family.

Gwyneth was the best neighbor one could ever have. Our family was blessed to know her.

Brian,
I barely knew your mother, but through having the good fortune of sharing time with you and your brothers and sister, I know that she was an amazing mother. I also know, from the work she put into so many civic organizations, that she was an invaluable asset to our city. She will be missed by so many in so many ways, but especially by her loved ones.
I am so very sorry for your pain and hope happy memories will help to ease it.

Gwyneth was special to everyone she ever met because She made you feel special which left a life long imprint on your soul. She was always gracious with her friendship and made you feel you were the only person in the room., Rest in Peace and say hi to Brian.
