Dr. H. Kenneth Barker

Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of this wonderful man and educator. I knew him as Dean of the College of Education, at the U of A, from which I graduated. He also headed the International School, of which I was a participant during the summer of 1969.
I respected and admired Dr. Barker and send condolences to his family.

I can't think of anyone in our area who had a greater effect on education, and I'm among a legion of people who are deeply grateful for all the good things he did.

It was my great joy and pleasure to visit with Mr.Ken,spoil him with candy. The small amount I did for him was repaid tenfold listening to his humorous stories and seeing his smiles. My prayers and sympathy to you Beverly and your family.

Ken was such a good friend. He will be remembered by the remaining Balcony Boys at Acme #1. I enjoyed bringing him to The University of Akron on Tuesdays. He was a good person, liked by all.
