Not sure what to say?

I had the honor of playing for Coach George for only one season and will always remember the difference that he made to me and our team. About a year ago, I cleared out many of my old childhood trophies, but choose to hold onto the Coach's Award that he gave me. The award and his coaching have lasting memories that I could not part with. He had a unique ability to get the very most and very best out of a person. I would like to extend my condolences and prayers to the George family. His...

Tom was a great mentor to so many and like a second father to me. He will be greatly missed and always remembered.

Thoughts and prayers are with the George family.

Bobby and Tom - deepest condolences to you both and prayers for your families from the McGees. While your Dad didn't get to tee it up during the F&B, he was very much a part of the festivities and the stories you related of your own experiences with him on the golf course. We know how much he meant to you and I hope our thoughts and prayers will help through these tough days. Best always

Very sorry to hear of Tom's passing. When I first came into the county I coached against him and we developed a close relationship. He was the standard of what a coach should be. I learned a lot watching and talking to him. He will truly be missed. My sincere condolences go out to his family at this time.

may this little light for you, always shine.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the George family. Coach George taught us all a lot about sports, and even more about life. He greatly influenced my desire to coach at the little league level, and much of what I did as a coach was a reflection of him. His legacy will live on as the echo of his words are passed from one generation of players to another.

On behalf of the Sangimino family , I would like to offer the George family our deepest sympathies for your loss and join you in celebrating his amazing life . He has been a walking testament to noble values in my life since I met him as his teachings have influenced my life far beyond basketball into every aspect of my life . I thank God for him and rejoice that he is at peace with our Heavenly Father -- Mark
