I am so sorry to hear of Phil’s passing.
As you know I spent four years with him at the Nashua District Court. He was a wonderful partner and lead the court in a manner consistent with the law and, more importantly, with empathy for the communities within the jurisdiction.
I have carried many of the lessons I received from Phil into my professional and personal life.
