Dale lived next door to me in Longview texas. We were friends and Dale was always a gentleman. I know his family are really missing him and their heart's are broken. I will keep them in my prayers , remember you will see that precious man again.

Like so many of us, we lose touch because of distance, life-styles, family stuff, etc. Dale was a mentor for me at the age of 10, when I moved up to play Little League from Pee-Wee League. Les Stagner and my Dad coached us, but Dale provided the inside track for me pitching against guys two years older than me, after all he was our catcher for a while. After Little League, I stayed with baseball and soon would be playing football. Dale moved on to golf where he became very good. He and my Dad...
