Wayne was always there to help us navigate our move to NE Tennessee 11 years ago. His many years serving with our HOA Board as a member and bookkeeper were appreciated by many in our community. His iinvaluable insights into the history of our neighborhood guided many of the Boards decisions through the years. Wayne will be missed by do many of his neighbors and friends.
