Not sure what to say?

Dixie and Family,
I send my sincere sympathy to you in the loss of your husband, Austin.
As a distant relative of yours, we met him on one occasion at your home, where we found him to be kind and hospitable..
You will remain in our prayers during this trying time and in the future.
Lila Behan,

Dear Dixie,

We have such fond memories of you and Austin at William Jewell and at Calvary. The service that you and Austin have rendered to our Alma Mater, to our Church, and to so many cultural institutions have meant much to many. We hope you find comfort in knowing how many lives you have touched, and in feeling the support of your many friends during this very difficult time.

Dixie and family: Memories are wonderful things, happy and sad. I feel privileged to know both you and Austin and I trust the times we have shared together will bring back the happy memories and help diminish the sad ones you are presently experiencing. Both David and I extend our heartfelt sympathies to all of you. Be salt (steadfast and strong.) Lovingly, Alice Powell Clapsaddle, Larned, Kansas

Dixie, we are very sorry to learn of the loss of your husband. May God bless you and your family and bring you through this difficult time.

I hope that you are comforted by the knowledge that Austin made a positive difference to his community and in the lives of so many individuals. Even more, you know that he was a faithful servant of our Savior in every aspect of his life. What a wonderful testimony!

Jesus promised that believers "cross over from death to life" (John 6:24) and his promises are true! May God surround...

Dear Dixie: We were saddened to learn of Austin's death. We shall be thinking of you and your family.
Love,
