May God bless the life and legacy of this gracious gentleman and respected pastor who ministered and cared for me as a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Thank you for your kindness. Rest in power and peace sir.

Dear Willis Family, Rev. Willis was the founder of the Aldersgate UMC Shepherds´ Ministry. He encouraged us to love not just each other as Shepherds, but our Sheep and others to allow everyone to fill the love of the Good Lord. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. We are here to support you. Praying for all of you. I am truly blessed to have called Walter a friend. He was one of the sweetest and kindest men I have ever known. I have so much respect for him and will miss him terribly. Joyce, I love you and am here for you always!

The Reverend Emeritus will be solely missed.
