Not sure what to say?

Helen, Bill and Lynn,
My sympathy for your loss. My prayers are with you and your families. May you find comfort in the precious years you had together.
My thoughts of being neighbors on Grant Street are happy ones.

My sympathy and condolences to friend Lynn, her mother Helen, and her wonderful family.

Hello Helen. How well I remember when I first met you and Hale at the wedding celebration party Margaret and Barney gave for me and Dave Pierson (who died in 1989). You two were so admirable as a couple and as individuals, and are some of the very special people in my mind from Lincoln, Nebraska. And remember, you gave my Katie weaving lessons. My sympathy to you. Lonnie Pierson Dunbier

Thanks so much to those of you who have sent your love and condolences to my grandma, Helen. I print the entries for her and read them to her. Your memories of Mac have meant so much to her. Thank you again for keeping her and the family in your thoughts and prayers,
Jocelyn

Helen, Bill,Lynn et al,
You are in my thoughts -- with fond memories of Judge McCown and of Bob as a classmate in school and at First Pres in Beatrice. I wish you well and know you will be comforted by all of the accomplishments as well as the wonderful personality that were special to the life of Hale McCown.

Our sympathies to your family. I can remember Hale as very much of a gentleman. Your family is in our prayers.

DEAR FAMILY: HALE WAS A NEBRASKA TRACK FAN WHO SELDOM MISSED AN INDOOR OR OUTDOOR TRACK MEET IN LINCOLN. WHEN I WASN'T HELPING JUDGING THE OFFICIATING I SAT NEAR HIM AND ENJOYED OUR VISITS VERY MUCH. AS A LAWYER IN OMAHA I CAN ATTEST TO THE HIGH RESPECT HALE ENJOYED IN OMAHA. HE WAS JUST A WONDERFUL PERSON IN EVERY WAY. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO YOU ALL.
