Bell, words could never express how much I will miss you. I still feel your presence in the neighborhood. O ' yes, you were truy the Mayor of our neighborhood. You were always watching out and helping anyone who needed it. No matter how big or small. You would always offer a cold Coors at the end of the day after cutting grass or working in the yard. We will forever love and miss you. Our prayers and sympathy go out to Connie and family. Dave/Sweet, Buster and Kevin Elliott.
