Hal Herrington was one of the best managers I have had the pleasure of working under. He was a great mentor and sought to develop the best in his employees and did everything possible to advance their careers. Hal cultivated a great sense of team work. Hal was an extremely intelligent man. Those of us who worked in his office had such high regard for him. We were all a close nit family because of him. We all worked hard and at the same time we shared so many many fun times. I could not have had a better boss. He always called me "Miss Heintze" instead of Carolyn!
