Very good actor, he will be missed

An amazing actor, of whom I am sure Twain himself wouls approve.

Blessings to his family. He was the joy in the last years of his beloved wife, Dixie Carter.

To the family, many, many friends, colleagues and legions of fans of this wonderful, talented gentleman and actor Mr. Hal Holbrook bring comfort to you during this difficult time in your lives. Am amazing actor with an such a long and successful career. I always enjoyed watching him. So glad his work will live on. My deepest condolences to the Holbrook family and friends, may God be with all of you.

To the family of one magnificent man and actor, thank you for sharing him with his fans. He demonstrated dignity, what a genuine gentleman is, and honor despite his profession.
