Not sure what to say?

To Hals family. I meet Hal several years ago while he was visiting
"Hals Sweetheart" your mom. We seemed to bump into each other several times. Well today I was both Happy and Sad to see Hal is again with His Sweetheart. I enjoyed knowing him and our small visits. Now I visit him and your mom while I visit the the kids. Sincerley

I just wanted to offer my condolences to the family of Hal Spratt. I knew Hal through my father Dick Fullmer who knew Hal well and worked with him at Salt Lake County. I remember talking to Hal many times throughout the years and also witnessed his honest and dilligent work ethic. I am sorry I was unable to attend his services, but just wanted to say how much I thought of such a great individual. Richard Fullmer Sandy, UT

Dear Family,
The true measure in ones life, lies in the loved ones left behind. Hal was an amazing man who raised an incredible family. They are his treasure and his legacy. He had a tremendous work ethic and took pride in what he did. Troy is a living legacy to a life well lived. You are his pride and joy. His eyes lit up when he talked of his children. God called him home, but left a gift of cherished memories.
God bless you all and you are remembered in our prayers,

While we all grew up together, I got to know your dad more over the past few years and will miss most his direct and matter of fact attitude towards life and what it throws at us. He always made me laugh and I will truly miss him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
