Not sure what to say?

Here I am vacationing with grandchildren in NC - with a few quiet minutes of reflection, and for some reason the Hal Webb team song "He´s Everything to Me" came to mind from 60 years ago in Richmond, VA. So I googled the team - and celebrate the wonderful reflections here of lives well lived. I am among those grateful for spiritual enrichment from them, including great fun nights (in sometimes too stuffy churches!). The children (plus grands and greats) of the righteous are blessed for many...

I grew up with the Hal Webb Evangelistic Team from August 1985 to June 2001. I attended Middletown Area Bible Church and every summer was Vacation Bible School. I always went because of the Hal Webb Evangelistic Team. They always brought wonderful memories. I love their music and especially "I'm No Kin to the Monkey", "He just looked up" and "Dem Bones". That's just to name a few. I always loved Dr. Webb and Dr. Babcock going back and forth on He just looked up, up, up up... I love Dr....

This photo of Hal Webb and Theron Badcock was given to me back in 1980 at a church revival in Sumter,S.C. I have kelp it all these years. Both of them were great men and left an impression on me.May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I have great memories of the Hal Webb - Theron Babcock team when they ministered at 1st Baptist, Cherry Creek, NY. They stayed at our home. My memory was stirred because my brother found a photo taken at old-fashioned night and we are all (father, mother, 2 girls, 2 boys) dressed in late 1800s clothing which was saved from great- grand parents and stored in our attic. Great memories. I am glad I will see him again in robes of white in heaven.

Just read of Dr Webb's passing. I remember how he and Theron joyfully included music as part of their message when I heard them in the 1970's. Now as a retired science teacher, I'm still teaching the song ,"I'm No Kin to the Monkey" whenever I teach the Genesis story of Creation. To God be the glory !

Our deepest sympathy goes to the Webb family. We rejoice that he is in the presence of the Lord that is the greatest day in a Christians Life but we who are left grieve for the Loss. I thought everyone new Hal. I grew up with him coming to our church Tabernacle Baptist in Wmspt.Pa If they did not know Him that was their loss. You all are in our Prayer.
Ps I bet he and my dad are already talking together..

I remember Hal and Theron in lock haven Pa. In the year 1978 the month of April. It was there at First Baptist Church I responded to the invitation before He was finished to go forward and recieve Christ

Thank You Hal,Frank Rogers

Certainly our hearts grieve over our dear Brother Hal's departure from this life - BUT how we rejoice that he is in the presence of the Lord he served so faithfully! We have such fond memories - first when we served in Youth for Christ - and Hal & Theron were in charge of the music/choir at the Eastern Regional YFC Conference at Ocean City, NJ. -Then how blessed we've been the many times the team ministered in the 3 churches we pastored over the past 45 years. Our sons were always delighted...

My beliefs are not the same as I was taught but I do believe Dr Webb or Grandpa as he let me call him was a shining light in a dark hypocritical world. I hope God wraps His arms around Mrs Webb during her time of sorrow. His team is one good memory I have of my childhood.
