Our sincere condolences to the Wick Family from Hal's friends at the American Legislative Exchange Council. Hal was an amazing person to work with and truly embodied the spirit of a citizen legislator. He was crucial in promoting liberty in South Dakota and as one of my colleagues wrote "he was truly South Dakota's Mr. ALEC". We will miss him greatly.

Always enjoyed visits from cousin Hal, whether he was on his way to take the Corvette out for a weekend drive or up in Alaska for a fishing trip. Also admired his faith, determination, and sense of humor. A true gentleman who will be missed.
