Ziegler family, I only knew Hal for a couples years as a neighbor I always enloyed seeing him with his dog and talking about the tigers. He always had smile and something nice to say. He will be missed

I am deeply saddened by the loss of Hal Ziegler. As former Jackson state Senator, Hal befriended me as Jackson's then state Senator. He showed great courage as a Republican in supporting me as a Democrat for Congress and speaking out in support of the Affordable Care Act, something needed by so many. I will miss Hal for his honesty and resolve. We need more people and politicians like Hal Ziegler. My condolences go out to his widow and family.

Our deepest sympathy for your family. Our prayers are with you. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Our deepest sympathy to all of the Ziegler Family.
The William Field Family

Dee, our prayers go out to you in the loss of Hal. I always remember him as our Sunday school teacher at St. Paul's. He was a great member of the Ziegler family.

Dee and Sue. I am so sorry to hear of Hal's passing. He was a great guy and I know he will be missed by the entire Ziegler family.

It was a pleasure to receive Senator Ziegler's thoughts on issues of the day, right up until last week. Rest well.
