TABOR CITY, N.C. | Halestine C. Spivey, 80, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004 in Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, N.C. The funeral will be Thursday, Jan. 8, in the Inman Chapel, with interment in the Spivey Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Inman Funeral Home.
