FOUTS, Haley Blue, departed this world on December 6, 2012. Born in New Mexico on October 22, 1998 to mother, Hilary Anderson; and father, Randy Fouts, Haley spent most of her life in Richmond, Virginia. Friends and family will celebrate the life of Haley at a Memorial Service at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the Unity Christ Church of Bon Air on Buford Road. Haley is survived by her mother, father; beloved sister, Cheyenne Fouts; grandparents, Warner and Marion Anderson; grandmother, Jeffrita Fouts; uncles, Corbin Anderson and P.J. Lennon; aunt, Lauren Lennon; and cousins, Isabelle and Simon Anderson; along with many other extended family members.
