Dear Jane/Nixon and all family:
I was so saddened to hear of Halvard's passing. It is a reminder of our lives in Dillsburg and the friendships forged in our youth that remain in hearts throughout our lives. I was reminded of how your presence Jane was a model for us young girls in Dillsburg who could see that so many opportunities were indeed within our grasp. I'm so sorry to hear about Halvard. It came as quite a shock to me. I had no idea until Dad told me this past Saturday. My prayers go out to you. If you need anything, please let me know.
