Hannah Baldwin

I knew Hannah and Felipe as a fellow Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal 1971-73. I built a baby birthing clinic with Felipe at a training he held to teach me and other volunteers how to construct the clinics in reinforced concrete (to facilitate sanitary conditions for birthing mothers). Both Hannah and Felipe were what many of us termed "super-vols" because of their many accomplishments. It was not surprising when I learned from her brother, Sam, that she and Felipe had dedicated their careers...

I met Hanna and Felipe in Senegal many years ago in the late 70s. I am sorry to hear of her passing and I send love to her family and friends.

Dear family even though time has passed, we can never forget our loved ones memories. May you continue to carry Hannah always dear to your heart, a comforting thought to keep in mind is that our loving creator who gives us life can comfort and strength us when we hurt and feel grief. please find solace in his promises: "Your dew is as the dew of the morning and the earth will let those powerless in death come to life" (Isa.26.19) Sincerely, Community Volunteer
