Rick and Sandra Kwant chose life for their daughter Hannah Grace Kwant, born December 7, 2010. Everyday was a blessing with her. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 8, 2011.
She was treasured by her parents, Rick and Sandra Kwant; her siblings, Martin, Sam, Cassie, Heidi, Valerie, Nathan, Terri Lynn; her grandparents, Roger and Jessie DeJager Gertie Kwant. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Martin Kwant.
For such a short life she had an impact on many people
Memorial services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Faith Community Fellowship 1427 Monte Vista Dr. Mount Vernon, Washington
Private interment will be held at the Fir-Conway Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Pregnancy Choices.
Arrangements under the direction of Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood.
Dear family,
Thank you for sharing with us. Though far away we were able to get to know Hannah. May God bless you and one day you will join her just as king David said when his newborn son died.

I am so sorry for your families loss I remember when my sister died the day of the funneral was so hard and remember reading Ecclesiastes 3 and writting it in my journal. I'm praying for you all and God will comfort you in this time of pain.

I am only so sorry I did not get to meet precious Hannah. Thank you so much for sharing all your pictures. What a blessing to everyone she is and I pray that the Lord will strenghten all of your family in the days & weeks so come. Know that all of you are being lifted up in our prayers.
